Rules & terms

Films must not exceed five minutes, including title and credits 

Films not in English must be subtitled

All entries must be submitted through FilmFreeway

Participants must adhere to submission deadlines and fee requirements outline

By submitting your film, you confirm that you hold or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for your film, including music, footage, and any other copyrighted material. Filmmakers grant the festival the right to screen their film during the event and to use clips, stills, and promotional materials for marketing and promotional purposes.

A panel of industry experts will review all submissions to select films for screening and for various award categories. Selected films will be recognized as "Official Selections," and winners will receive festival awards, including laurels, certificates, and trophies.

The festival reserves the right to modify the rules, change the lineup, or cancel the event without prior notice. Submitting a film to the festival constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
